Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the total cost when booking your hired piece! You will also receive return instructions to know how to request your return slip free of charge.

When will I receive my bikini?

Your hired piece will be dispatched 1 week prior to your nominated show date. We will send this as express to get to you as soon as possible. (We cannot take any responsibility to AusPost delivery issues, we recommend having a backup in case of delivery issues)

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver your bikini worldwide!

Can I get my bikini sooner?

If you are competing internationally and require your bikini to get to you earlier than the week before, please get in contact with our team ASAP so we can organise this for you.

Tracking & Delivery

Can I change my delivery address?

We ask that you ensure your correct shipping address is provided upon purchase. If you find you have input incorrect details you will need to email us admin@kinihire.com immediately.

How can I track my order?

We will provide you with a tracking update once your piece has been sent so you can ensure it is delivered safely to you!

Do I have to pay for returning the bikini?

Nope! We will provide you with return instructions with your tracking number so you know exactly how to request your free return slip.

How do I return my hired piece?

To submit a return request

- Click the profile icon in our store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.


1. Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Request return".


If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is receive by us you'll receive your bond.

Hiring your bikini

How does it work?

When selecting which bikini you want to hire for your show, when booking please select your show date NOT when you would like to recieve the bikini. If the bikini you would like to hire is not available for your show day this most likely means someone else has booked it. If unsure you can email our team at admin@kinihire.com!

How do I know if it will fit me?

We will provide as much information of the bikini as possible on the listing, where you can decide if the piece will be suitable or not. We also have a space where you can come and try on the bikini first!

Do I need to wash the bikini before sending it back?

Nope! We take care of any care and wash of the bikini. We understand this process can be stressful when hiring these items so we want to take the stress out and do it for you!

What if I damage the bikini?

We ask that you email us at admin@kinihire.com at your earliest convenience of any damage made to the bikini. Our team also document the bikinis condition prior to sending as well as when it is returned.

Does the price include a bond?

Yes! Within the total cost includes a $50 bond payment, which will be reimbursed to you once we have received the bikini back.

What happens once I've booked my bikini?

Once you have processed your payment for the hire of your bikini, you will recieve a confirmation email and within that email will be a link to complete a waiver to accept our terms and conditions. Your bikini will not be sent to you if this form is not completed so keep an eye out!

Can I cancel my booking?

Bookings may be cancelled if no longer required; however, all payments are strictly non-refundable.

Leasing your bikini with us

How does it work?

You can fill out the form to lease with us found in our 'LEASE WITH US' page, once the form is completed follow the prompts to also to send us your bikini and we take care of all the hard work for you!

This includes customer service/postage/cleaning and more!

How do I get paid?

We ask for your bank details in the initial forms so that we can pay you when your bikini gets hired.

Pays get processed at the end of each month

What happens if my bikini gets damaged?

If we receive your bikini back damaged in anyway, our team will contact you directly to let you know what has happened.

If it is small damage including a few missing gems, replacing clear straps etc. we have the tools to be able to fix this for you but will get your approval first!

If your bikini under the rare circumstance comes back damaged beyond repair, we will contact you directly to discuss as well as provide you with the customers deposit.

Am I able to take down my listing?

You are welcome to reach out to us anytime if you no longer wish to hire your bikini.

If someone has hired the piece and you require the piece back before the customer is able to wear it, you will be charged a cancellation fee which is the price the customer paid to hire. However, there is only a $50 fee to take down your listing and have your bikini returned if no customers have hired your bikini.

Can I list more than 1 bikini?

Absolutely!

The more you list the more chance of extra money in your pocket!

You can also include multiple bikinis in the one form - saves you from inputting the same info!

Are there fees involved when my bikini is hired?

Yes, we will add a $100 admin fee on top of your requested listing price to cover admin, postage and bond + 30% will be taken when your bikini is hired.
