Terms of service

By processing your payment to hire an item from our hire collection you are agreeing to the following terms: 

• If Bikini/Swimsuit/Dress is returned with any major damage to the item this will result in no bond returned.
  
• There is NO change of mind for hires. Once your payment has been made your hire is final.
• No adjustments of any kind are to be made to the bikini (tape,glue and pins are acceptable as these can be removed/cleaned) if adjustments are made without approval this will result in the loss of your bond or extra charges if extra repairs are needed to be made.
• Any gems that fall off we ask that you place them into the box to return with the bikini to avoid bond payment being taken.
• Personal details are required as well as a next of kin in case of emergency.
• If you have not returned the item within 7 days of the commencement of your show date and we are unable to reach you via phone, email or telegram we will contact your next of kin.
• Late fees apply of $20 per day to be charged to your account until the item is returned.
• If the item is stolen you will be charged a fine which is the price of the bikini to be made.
• Item/s are to be posted back to the corresponding PO Box provided (a return slip will be provided once a return request has been made)
• Items are NOT to be washed, you are to simply send back your item as is to our team where we will take care of the cleaning process
• Cost of hire is for ONE show only, if you wish to hire for multiple shows this is to be booked and paid for through our website. 
• You understand that you are hiring a used bikini meaning you will receive it in a used condition, there may be some gems missing on the piece which are noted in the condition report and you won’t be charged.
  
• If you no longer require your hired piece and need to cancel your booking, our cancellation policy is that there is NO refund for your payment made.
